On time and right to work. He assessed the problem (much of it I created) and got right to work in the most logical and economic direction, all the time keeping me in the loop and letting me help hime when needed to save time and money (like shutting off the main water supply). Joe is a nice guy and easy to talk to as well and fair when it comes to pricing and billing. He even trouble shot a couple other things we couldn't figure out. Joe came well recommended and lived up to his reviews.

Detailed, fair and kind. He will not take money from you unless he has earned it. Example see his common questions tab explaining how to do a few things yourself, most plumbers would charge a high fee to come out and do these things.
Joe is a good, ethical guy that knows the plumbing business well.

Joe was amazing. After a few possibilities of plumbers I found him on WEST Seattle Blog. Thank goodness. I won't go into what others were charging. He is straight forward. Joe installed a new water heater and new toilet for us and removed the old ones. Clean, efficient, on time, and fair price. Had him back again to do some repairs and drain cleaning as well. Very satisfied with his work.

We had a great experience working with Joe during our recent stay at my Son's home in Seattle. We ended up having several projects that Joe helped us with. He was fast and complete. He didn't do work that wasn't needed. He gave us guidance to address things that we could handle ourselves. He completed a range of items from faucet repair to garbage disposal replacement. Would hire him again and we already have. We had him to the house on two different occasions. Highly recommended.
