On time and right to work. He assessed the problem (much of it I created) and got right to work in the most logical and economic direction, all the time keeping me in the loop and letting me help hime when needed to save time and money (like shutting off the main water supply). Joe is a nice guy and easy to talk to as well and fair when it comes to pricing and billing. He even trouble shot a couple other things we couldn't figure out. Joe came well recommended and lived up to his reviews.

2nd time we have used Joe the Plumber. 2nd excellent job. On time. No extra bells and whistles. Very affordable, fast professional efficient.

Joe was amazing. After a few possibilities of plumbers I found him on WEST Seattle Blog. Thank goodness. I won't go into what others were charging. He is straight forward. Independent and not out to take your money! Only for a job well done. I cannot thank him enough for instilling my faith in man kind. Thank you so much Joe.

We had a great experience working with Joe during our recent stay at my Son's home in Seattle. We ended up having several projects that Joe helped us with. He was fast and complete. He didn't do work that wasn't needed. He gave us guidance to address things that we could handle ourselves. He completed a range of items from faucet repair to garbage disposal replacement. Would hire him again and we already have. We had him to the house on two different occasions. Highly recommended.

Joe was very professional and thorough. Not only did he uninstall the old dishwasher and install the new one, he fixed the water pressure in the kitchen sink and made several suggestions on how to improve other plumbing issues.

I hired Joe the Plumber (the *real* one, not that bozo) in Jan08. He fixed an incorrectly installed dishwasher and fine tuned all the toilets in the house. Problem fixed. Job well done. I'm walking on air.

Joe is everything you're looking for in a plumber. He's honest, fast and clean. He even offers free advice that might prevent you from needing him at all. Who does that?

Joe gave me an estimate on replacing the ancient water heater. Given how good he was the first time he came out, I jumped at the chance to have him do the job.

Now a year later we had a leak between the floors in our condo. The first plumber who someone else called misdiagnosed the problem ("It's the roof leaking." I called Joe, found the leak, handed us a $218 bill, and walked out the door.

There have been no suprises in terms of the cost and the work required to get the job done. We have the utmost confidence in his work and his professionalism. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Joe is the best! We called on Thanksgiving evening with a clogged pipe back-up in our finished basement and he was at our house at 7am the next morning. He even rescheduled his first appointment so that we could go on our planned family vacation and not have to wait around for a plumber. We could hardly get any of the other plumbing companies on the phone, and the ones that answered the phone were going to charge us $100 to just LOOK at what was wrong. Joe is awesome! I emailed him a description of the repairs I needed, and he got back to me right away.Gave me the estimated number of hours it would take to get the job done and his hourly rate. We scheduled and he was right on time (early even!) Looked at some of the work and gave me great advice on why not to do the repair and finished the rest of the work easily, efficiently and passed on tips and good humor along the way. Joe's price was HALF of his "competition". I HIGHLY recommend him! So happy we have found our plumber! Yay Joe!
